Banana Bread And Its Delights

Banana bread has this absolutely amazing, light taste that even feels a bit fragrant, like you’re biting into a flower. This was one of my first all-make baking without going for ready-made goods like “cheesecake mix”. I used this recipe, modifying it by using white sugar and using a low, rectangular form that resulted in brownie-like shapes. I think that went over pretty well, shortened my cooking time by 5-10 minutes and gave this bread a better look like a cake.
